Enhanced Annotation Tool

When annotating PDFs or Word documents in attachments:

Updated styling controls:

1. Select an annotation element
2. Click Style to open the styling panel on the left
3. Adjust:
   • Color
   • Fill
   • Opacity
   • Other styling options

Additional features:

• Copy and delete annotations
• All annotation types support the new styling options
• Drag and position elements easily

These updates apply to all annotation functions throughout the system.
