Improved: PDF Sketch Cropping

We have addressed the issue that, when you are cropping a PDF attached to a field report, your annotations were not "sticking".

Check it out yourself:

  1. Go into a field report that needs an PDF or create report to start the process
  2. Once you are working with the report, switch to the "Attachments" tab
  3. Add a new PDF attachment
  4. Once the window for entry screen shows, select a PDF file to use, for example, a drawing for the project
  5. Above the file selection, you will now see an icon that allows you to annotate the PDF
  6. Click on this icon, and once the editor loads you can work with various annotations of which one is the cropping tool
  7. Once you are done working with the annotations and have cropped the drawing, click the save button in the upper right corner.
  8. When you reopen the PDF, your annotations will appear as expected.

Exclude field test records from linking with break reports

We're excited to unveil a new enhancement that improves your reporting accuracy: the ability to exclude field test records from linking with break reports!

With this feature, when working with a new break report, you now have a way to eliminate any “odd” or “floating” field reports that your team may have created that are not destined to be linked to a break report.

By being able to now exclude these field reports, you can streamline your review process, reduce clutter, and focus solely on the data that matters most.

Omnant continues to help you maintain a clarity amongst field test data and break reports, ensuring your records are precise and comprehensive.
