Approval Filter Added to Nuclear Density Report Summaries

We’ve updated the Nuclear Density Asphalt Testing and Nuclear Density Soil Testing report summaries with a helpful new filter option.

You’ll now see a checkbox labeled “Exclude data that has not yet been approved”. When selected, this filter will limit the report to only include field reports that have been approved, giving you cleaner and more reliable data for review or export.

This filter also applies to Excel exports so that your downloaded data matches what you see on screen.

Enjoy more control and better clarity now!

Manage your proctors more efficiently with importing

You may be familiar with adding proctors to a project. We've made it easier to import proctor tests that you have performed as a proctor for the project.

Starting from the Project screen, click on the 'Add New Proctor' button. (This part has not changed.)

You will notice there is now an Import button. You can now pull in test data for your project proctors.

You will see a list of lab proctor tests to select from. Choose the test you want to import, then click Import.

We hope this saves you time and effort in managing your project proctors!

New Feature: Combine Multiple Tests into One Summary Report

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new way to streamline your reporting process: combine data from multiple lab tests into a single, easy-to-read summary report.

Many tests are performed together or in sequence as part of a standard testing battery. Instead of generating separate reports for each test, you can now group them and present the results in one consolidated document.

Why this matters:
✅ Save time by reducing the number of individual reports
✅ Simplify communication with clients and stakeholders
✅ Create a clear, professional summary of related test data

Example Use Case:
When testing aggregates, you may perform gradation analysis, moisture content, and specific gravity tests to evaluate the sample. Instead of sending three separate reports, now you can combine all results into one clear, professional summary report for your clients.

In action:

From a Lab Sample page (Dashboard > Samples > Sample # 12345), click the + in the Forms section.

This will bring up the Add Form window. Here you can select the type of summary report you wish to create.

From here, you can build a report which displays the relevant test data by selecting the Associated Tests you'd like to display on the report.

Log in today and start creating combined summary reports!

When enabled, technicians can receive SMS alerts for key updates right on their phones, including new dispatches, changes to assignments, or other important field activity. It’s a faster, more direct way to keep your team connected and responsive throughout the day. You'll need to make sure a mobile number is entered and SMS is turned on in the technician’s user account.

Summary View for Corporate Users

As part of our upgraded user account page, we’ve added a new Summary View for Corporate Users which allows them to see key account information without the ability to make administrative changes.

View-only fields include:

  • First & Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Assigned Office
  • Locations where they are assignable to dispatches
  • Locations where they can access data

This way they can confirm the most common details: that their contact details are correct and they have access to the locations they need.

New Feature: Status Indicators in “View by Week” Schedule

We’ve updated the “View by Week” schedule to include clear status indicators showing whether each day is Unposted, Posted, or Reconciled.

Now, your team can quickly scan the weekly schedule and see the status of each day at a glance—making it easier to plan where they need to be.

It’s a small detail that adds up to better oversight and smoother scheduling for your teams.

New! More Flexible Options for Equipment Calibration Schedules

Previously the calibrations / recurring maintenance on Equipment that was tracked in Omnant could only be scheduled to be reviewed on a monthly or yearly basis.

We have now updated the review frequencies, allowing for more flexibility, with the following options now available:

  • As Needed
  • Weekly

Below you will find screenshots on what this now looks like in the Maintenance Schedule!

How to use
✔ As Needed - Check the box directly below "Maintenance Companies".
✔ Weekly - Check the box "Review weekly" that's to the right of "Review Frequency"

For equipment that you have already documented in the system and wish to change, we recommend you spend the time to update & reflect with the new frequency options.
